Purchased just last May 2021...so not used very much, and still in great "new" condition. Oh, did I say ultra clean!! We are very mindful cleaning and disinfecting between tenants, making sure germs are killed. Hotels can be congested and add risk with the Covid spread. Bond with your family alone around a night fire toasting marshmellows. What is better than that? Everything is set up and ready for you. Included is a new refrigerator with freezer & ice trays, 3-burner stove top, with oven below, microwave, and double sink. Complete with table service for 6, pots and pans, silverware and cups. Salt, pepper, olive oil, vinegar, coffee and coffee filters. There is a nice coffee pot, bagel/bread toaster, mini waffler, spatulas and accessories for cooking. In the bathroom is a bathtub, shower, toliet and sink, and of course, hot and cold water. Outside is an additional pull out 6' table, small grill, outdoor shower, outdoor sink, outdoor mini refrigerator, electric awning, and radio that you can enjoy with speakers inside and/or out. We are pet lovers too, so if you would like to bring your pet, just include that on your reservation. Just let us know if you need a portable 24' gated fence .... we can include that for no charge, however, it's only about 16" tall, so your lab will be able to jump over it. :) Now for details: You need electricity hook up, and If you can hook to sewer, that is always nice too, however we can help you fill the water tank, if not. To pull yourself, you must have a brake controller. Or we can always set up and tear down for you.
