Richard is consistently praised for excellent communication, helpfulness, and flexibility with rental timing. However, he has canceled two bookings on short notice.
Easy to tow and functional
Guests consistently noted the trailer is clean, in great condition, easy to tow, and user-friendly. The main bed is comfortable, but the convertible bed only sleeps 2.5 people, not the listed 4, due to missing cushions.
