2.0Overall from when the camper was delivered until the end it was just a hot mess. It was very nice that the day before we changed our mind and wanted the camper to be delivered instead of picking it up due to my grandpa's passing unexpectedly. That was nice of them to do that, but when the camper came - It was dirty inside the floors, the sink had water shooting everywhere when we turned it on, and we didn't have but a little bit of water. We rent campers 2x a year at least and this was our first time to use this place/people. It was just a mess and I felt they didn't want to help me or be understanding. I felt more accused or attacked when I approached certain things. It was very expensive and after the many things we had issues with the least I thought we could get was something refunded. But that is ok and we will find a different place next time.
