Responsive, helpful, and accommodating
Matt provides helpful videos and thorough walkthroughs, is quick to respond to questions, and is flexible with pickup/drop-off. He even assisted with a missed flight and light rail drops.
Easy to drive and well-stocked
Guests found the RV comfortable, user-friendly, and easy to drive, even for older individuals. It featured great mileage, ample storage, and came fully stocked with kitchen supplies, towels, and other extras. An AC/generator issue was noted once.

5.0Matt was an excellent host. Super responsive, sent helpful videos that made operations clear, was quick to respond with questions, and helped us in a pinch when we almost missed our flight home. The trailer was very comfortable to sleep in and everything was in working order. It had great mileage too! We made it to the Gorge and back on one tank of gas. But Matt was the best part. This was my first rental on Outdoorsy and he made it super easy.

5.0We had a great time in Matt's RV. He was extremely responsive, the RV was well-stocked with towels, blankets, kitchen supplies, etc, and it was the perfect size for my husband and I plus our two little kids.

5.0Matt was wonderful. Made the transfer easy. Driving it was easy and comfortable. Lots of extras included in the vehicle. Well stocked and user friendly. Perfect for a couple of older folks wanting to enjoy a camping trip without the hassle. Would do it again.
