Rental Rules & Policies: No Smoking – Smoking inside the camper is strictly prohibited. A smoke detector is installed. A cleaning fee of up to $250/day will be charged for any smoking. No Pets – Pets are NOT allowed due to allergy concerns. A $500/day fee will apply if pets are inside the camper. No Climbing – No one is allowed to climb on the exterior or roof. A $250 fee per person, per occurrence will apply. Propane Tanks – Do not trade the propane tanks—refill only. A $150 fee per tank will apply for replacements. Hitch Setup – Do not adjust or damage the hitch without written consent. Unauthorized adjustments will result in a $300 penalty fee. Awning Use – Use caution when operating the awning. Do not use in winds over 5 mph or during storms. Renters are responsible for any and all damage caused by misuse. While Driving – Secure all loose items and avoid storing heavy objects in overhead compartments. Keep It Tidy – No muddy shoes inside. Use RV-safe toilet paper only. Please return the camper clean. Reporting Damage – We understand accidents happen. Please report any damage or breakage promptly.
