Keystone Springdale with Solar! Fully furnished upon request. Has bunks, folding table bed, and queen bed. Stove, microwave, fridge and freezer. Residential Solar panels to power most of your needs if dry camping. Perfect camper for family trips, taking out the toys to go ride with friends.Whatever you need, we are here to help! Other options and accessories available upon request*. From additional dishes to outdoor games and beyond. We will do our best to be able to accommodate your request.Light and easy to tow. No need for a big tow vehicle for this Lil' Springdale. Little on the outside big on the inside. No mileage fees. It is ready to go to on your next adventure. Grab your family and get out there!We are ready for your winter adventures also. The RV is available but will be winterized during the fall and winter months. During this time it will not have any onboard water. Use of the shower, sink and toilet will not be possible. Hi, it's so good to have you here. We are Nate and Mandy - a couple from the Denver metro area. We purchased "Betsy" for personal use with our four kids in mind, and we love this camper! Believe it or not, this was our first camper as a blended family and it fits all 6 of us just perfectly. Betsy is the first camper we've rented out in Colorado, and we are happy that it has so many great visitors now.

NO SMOKING - Smoking inside the camper is strictly prohibited. A smoke detector is installed. An additional cleaning fee will be charged for smoking of any kind up to $250/day.
NO PETS - Pets are not allowed in the camper. There is a risk of allergies to pets therefore, we DO NOT allow them. There will be a pet fee of $500/day if there are pets in the camper.
NO PERSON ALLOWED TO CLIMB ON OUTSIDE - No one is allowed to climb on the outside of the camper or roof for any reason. There will be a penalty fee of $250 for each person per occurrence.
PROPANE TANKS - Do not trade in propane tanks. You may only refill the tank. There will be a tank replacement fee of $150 per tank.
HITCH SETUP - Do not adjust the hitch set up, cut bolts off, or in any other way damage or adjust the hitch without owner's written consent. There will be an additional $300 penalty fee.
AWNING RESTRICTIONS - Please consider risks and damage to the awning when using it. Use of the awning is prohibited in windy, stormy weather. Please keep closed up in winds over 5 mph. Renter assumes responsibility for any repairs or replacements due to their negligence.
WHILE DRIVING - Make sure all loose things are secured and do not leave them on countertops. Do not pack any heavy items into overhead compartments.
KEEPING HER TIDY - Don't wear muddy shoes inside and keep it tidy. Flush only RV SAFE toilet paper. Please plan to clean Betsy before bringing her home.
REPORTING DAMAGE - Things happen, and we totally get it, but we ask you to report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonably timely manner.

Hosts were flexible and willing to work with us when we had some last minute trip changes. Camper was clean and everything worked as it should, with a SUPER thorough walkthrough beforehand. We are so appreciative of the hosts and how well Betsy handled our camping trip on Grand Junction.

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
We are pretty flexible on pick-up and drop-off. Communication is key. If you communicate with us in advance on your planned times, we usually will accommodate with no additional fees. A late return without notification and prior approval from the owner will result in late fees and charges.
