If you like to cook outside and have a gas powered WOK or camp grill, there is a low pressure propane connection on the exterior of the trailer that you can plug into.

The Trailer will be delivered with an empty Gray and Black tank. If the trailer is returned with waste in either tank a $100 dumping fee will be added. If you know your site does not have a dump location or you just don't want to deal with the hassle I offer a dump add on for $50 and I will handle the dumping and rinsing.CLEANING:
Trailer must be returned clean. A $150 cleaning fee will be added to rentals that are returned noticeably dirty.CONSUMABLES:

Hello. My name is Chris and my wife and I are a former Military and Current Law Enforcement family. We really enjoy the RV life style and have owned multiple RV's over the years. We started out with a Class A motor coach and lived in that coach full time for over a year while I was stationed in California. We moved to Virginia after the military and bought a piece of land and purchased a 5th Wheel trailer to put on it and lived there full time for another year. We currently own a 22 foot Winnebago Travel trailer and look forward to experiencing more adventures in the future.
