5.0The RV we got wasn’t the one we originally wanted but Alex worked with us and our last minute trip to provide a more than adequate service and space. The RV was very clean, came with more than what we needed for our 4 day trip and easy to manage. We without a doubt intended to rent from Alex again in the future and recommend him for long trips and honest support.

4.0Coming off of a ten-day rental. Alex helped us out of a bind by providing this RV when our other larger/newer RV was cancelled days before our trip. I am grateful for this, and upset at Outdoorsy. He is communicative and the RV is reliable with no issues. All around, a good operating vehicle with many amenities. I'm only giving it four stars because there was no king size sheet included with the $350 bedding package and the awning light didn't work

5.0Alex was great to work with and was super helpful in accommodating my last minute request after my previous booking cancelled two days before departure. The RV was bigger than we planned/needed but it was well appointed and maintained and we got lots of helpful information when it was delivered. The RV was easier to drive than I expected and it was a great home base for our trip. I loved the slide out living room area, which was huge, and having a microwave, oven and stove!
