No fires or heat source allowed under the awning. Awning must be retracted on windy days/nights or during heavy rain. Any awning damage will be an additional charge to replace awning if necessary.

5.0The camper we rented was in great shape. All the amenities you need were supplied including kitchen utensils, coffee pot, microwave, plenty of towels, an outdoor rug, a table cloth and more. Kim, our host, was as nice as could be. I would highly recommend Kim and her trailer.

5.0The camper was exactly what we were looking for. The hosts did a great job of setting up for the camping adventure. They gave us great advice on how to make the best of our camping trip. We appreciated the time they took to explain all the functions of the camper. We would rent from them again. Outstanding!
