Normas y políticas
No Smoking , No animals/pets (except with approval and appropriate deposits). Pets will not be left inside the Rental alone, unless crated. No Fish in the refrigerator or Freezer. A $500 Cleaning fee will apply if any of the above are found. Rental is to be returned clean, inside and out.. If the Trailer is NOT returned in a rent-able condition a $99 per hour cleaning fee will charged. Renters can opt to pay a one time fee up front to accommodate the cleaning and pump/flush of the unit.
A $50 fee will be charged if the camper is returned late. Renters are not allowed on the roof of Rental. Awnings on all rentals have been disabled. Any/all damage costs are the responsibility of the renter. Charges may include, but are not limited to, cost of repair or replacement, Parts, labor ($135/hr), loss of use, towing, storage or impound fees. Damaged Furniture and or upholstery will be charged for replacement- we do not repair.
Rental Hours are from 8:30AM to 5:30PM Monday through Friday. Saturday pickups and returns are by PRE-APPROVED and SCHEDULED appointment only.
