5.0Firas was a fantastic host. He was responsive and met our arrival plans to help explain all the ins-and-outs. He showed up after night one and a few items that we had issues with (power and hot water) and took care of them immediately. Also, this was a fantastic RV and stocked to the brim with all the supplies you could need. Couldn't have been a more enjoyable experience and would rebook in a heartbeat

5.0Firas is a wonderful friendly host, who was very approachable, friendly and knowledgeable. This was our first time renting and he made it wonderful for us. His RV was fully stocked. He was on time, every thing was clean and he gave clear directions on how to use everything. He even took the time to advise us that the park did not have water hook ups, so he filled his tank. I would highly recommend!

Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
A.
Ask any questions. We are happy to answer anything!! We have hopefully supplied what you will need to have a fun filled camping experience. We do not supply a grill. If you have any suggestions or you think we have missed something please let us know! We just ask you to use items as you would at home. Please take care of the trailer! We are entrusting you with our youngest child. :)

How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
We will hook everything up for you. We will show you how to work everything. We will let you know if you will need to know anything. We are ALWAYS a phone call away! DAY or NIGHT!

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
At this time we only offer delivery. We have set our flexibility between local campground check-in and check-out times. Just think you get to go chill while we set up. We will text you when we are all done. The person from your reservation comes back after set up for a walk through, keys and off you go again!! When your trip is over we come back do a walk through and off you go. We close up and take away. Happy Camping!!

When can you enter the trailer?
A.
Due to insurance reasons you cannot enter until the trailer is completely stabilized. That means all jacks and stabilizer bars must be secured first. Please understand your safety is our first mission.
