This Travel Trailer is open space, very cozy and modern, has lots of storage and a beautiful layout.

2. Spacious & beautiful dinette area that can become very easily a second bed. (good for 2 children or 1 adult)
3. Stove, Microwave, refrigerator & oven.
4. 2 recliners.Please make sure if you will have this trailer parked at a home or any lot you have 30amp for RV availability, a water hose and also sewage is important. if you have a generator that will work. Qué incluye* Dishes & Utensils for 4
* Welcome fresh water bottles (4)
* Basic cleaning basket (dish soap, wipes, cleaning spray etc)
* 2 clean white towels
* 2 small clean towels
* New home mattress with protector for comfort.
* Clean bed sheets and blanket for 1 bed (queen)
* A few pots and pans for cooking.
* Hand and body soap for bathroom
* Special RV toilet paper
* Kitchen trash can and bags
* Bathroom small trashcan and bags
* We allowed early pick up or late check out/drop off if needed IF no other reservations are made for that day.RecomendacionesWe love camping and our journey started camping with tents and now we enjoy our camper to the fullest. We have visited it Koreshan State Park very affordable and beautiful. We have also visited Seminole Campground. Amazing place to go camping also is Creekside RV Resort Otros detalles importantes* NO SMOKING permitted (if we feel you did smoke we will deduct $65 to clean.
* Pets are allowed but if we notice any incidents or damage done by your pets, a fee will be assessed based on the damage. NO Wet pets allowed in the trailer
* Clean the trailer and leave it as you found it, cleaning fee will be assessed if not cleaned $55 from your deposit.
* Not allowed to step on the dinette are or any SEATS in the camper.
* Use a small towel when showered to avoid water outside when stepping out the shower (Towel Provided)
* If gray and black tanks are not empty we will charge a cleaning of the tanks of $50

there is no smoking in the trailer, no climbing on the roof, no mud or wet people inside the kitchen, bedroom and bunk area. We will give you the trailer in clean, sanitized conditions, clean sheets, clean towels and kitchen basics for 4 people. We expect the trailer clean and all items returned. Pets are allowed bu any pet damage will be deducted from the deposit. A $55 Cleaning fee will apply to deposit if trailer not cleaned.
