King size bed in the bedroom, pull out sofa couch in the living room. Designed for family camping. Everything works like new, everything you need for a comfortable stay. Tons of storage inside and outside. Lots of goodies for comfortThe Kitchen is a convenient layout and has a center island to work on with lots of counter space for an RV. Double sink, Standard 3 burner stove top and oven, Microwave with AirFryer combo.Outdoor: Charcoal grill; chairs; Awning, Indoor: King bed with memory foam; Flat screen TV; fire place; sofa sleeper; full shower; full size refrigerator; A/CThe bathroom has a stand up shower that has enough room for a 6'2" slightly overweight man (ME, I'm being kind on the "Slightly" LOL)The living area is very spacious, and clean. The TV is centrally located and on a swivel mount, so it doesn't matter where you sit in the room you can see it. The Elec Fireplace heater give a great ambiance during your stay. It it's cold out the heater will provide most of the heat for the entire unit. The Propane heat works fine as does the Central A/C.
