• No Smoking in or around the motorhome. A smoking fee of $500 will be incurred from your deposit if smoking is detected.
• No climbing on roofs.
• Dogs only are allowed with non-refundable pet cleaning fee of $150.
• Awning use permitted but guest must retract in windy conditions
• Unit must be vacated by either 3pm or one hour before campsite's check-out time on the final rental day or be subject to an additional night's charge from the security deposit.
• Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the unit while under their possession.
• Treat the unit with respect and leave it in the condition you found it.
