If ANY smoke smell is detected at the conclusion of the rental a fee will be collected to pay for a deep clean and ozone treatment). -DO NOT leave pet unattended in camper -No towing -No festival rentals -No tailgating -No drinking and driving -No texting while driving -No speeding (this is a house on wheels- max speed is 65 mph) -Follow state rules of RV driving -Follow seat belt rules -No modifications to interior or exterior walls -Never leave food unattended outside -Do not leave trash outside the RV as it will attract wild animals -Fire pit must be at least 15 ft away from the RV -Grill must be 10 ft away from the RV -Excessive cleaning fee $50/hour.

Loads of flexibility! We are pretty easy breezy when it comes to picking up a dropping the RV off. Most of the time we just let the renter pick the most convenient time for them :)

Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?

We provide you [in advance] the user manual. Inside there's tons of "road trippin'' tips and how to's. Our RV is brand new, so unlike a lot of older rigs that have to detail "nuances"... our tips are more to enhance your rental experience!
