OWNER shall be Stacey Schoffer the OWNER of the 2013 Jayco Jayflight xX19H Hybrid travel trailer (X19H), rented through Outdoorsy. RENTER shall be the person(s) listed as the RENTER under the Outdoorsy rental agreement. RENTER must read and sign this SRA along with the documentation listed below prior to key exchange. " RENTER must provide photos of their drivers license to the OWNER. Photos will be front and back of drivers license. RENTER acknowledges and agrees that RENTER is wholly responsible for returning the X19H in the condition is was rented. Repair and/or replacement costs fro damage to the X19H whether willful, negligent or accidental, is the RENTER's responsibility. It is the RENTER's responsibility to understand the insurance policy purchased by RENTER through the Outdoorsy platform, and that this policy may not include all possible forms of damage that RENTER's responsibility. RENTER is wholly responsible for the actions of all members in their party and all those they allow into the X19H. No access to the roof of the X19H is permitted without approval from the OWNER. No food waste or any other debris will be washed down the kitchen and bathroom sinks. Black and Grey tank levels will be monitored at least every other day and will be emptied when 75% full. This includes rentals where the RENTER has paid for Black and grey Tank Sani Service upon return of camper. This is to prevent tanks from overflowing during your rental. Battery Care: RENTER will not run the RV lights, appliances and electronic equipment off the trailer batteries for extended periods such that the batteries are completely drained. RENTER understands that complete draining of X19H batteries can cause damage that will result in the batteries being unable to hold a charge and therefore, will require replacement at the RENTER's expense.
