If this works for you just shoot us a message. We do try to make it work outside of our FT work schedule.

If there is evidence of smoking/vaping/drugs (smell, ashes, butts..etc)- There will be a minimum fee of $250.00 due at the return of the camper.
If evidence of pets ( smell, pet food left, pet hair, bowls left..etc.) without the pet fee attached to your reservation, there will now be a minimum fee of $250.00 due at the return of the camper.
Abandonment Fee
If the RV is not returned to the place of pick up or another location that we have agreed upon, a minimum of $350.00 may be charged by the owner.

What is Stationary Stay?

This is at owners property. Electric, water and sewer is available along with all amenities. If you just need a place to get away or some place to rest your head just so you can attend a local event because Hotels are so expensive. The owners do live in the country, 37 mins west of Downtown Nashville. Just 10 mins from I-40 and I-840.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

Currently we do prefer to deliver. Please contact the owners if you have any questions. We are easy to work with.
