Enjoy our motor home as we do! This compact 22ft motorhome Is easy to drive in the city or in the country. It boasts an elegant yet simple design with all the amenities you'll need for an unforgettable getaway! Easy to drive and sleeps 6 comfortably (double overhead bed, folding dinette, and double bed at the back).It has a washroom with shower, sink and toilet. It has all the pots/pan, dishes, kettle, toaster, etc all basic cooking utensils.We also provide basic linen, beddings or towels, pots and pans, dishes! All the connectors cable/ hoses for water, sewer or electricity. Dinette two seats has 6 seatbelts, 3 seatbelts on each side plus two seats at the front. Total 8 seat belts.
Full Hook up campgrounds are highly recommended, as otherwise you need to drive during the day to charge the battery daily. There is no built-in generator, we have a portable Honda generator (very quiet) which runs on gas, and it is rented separately.RV has Brand New Battery and all NEW tires replaced in spring 2022. it is none smoking, and it is pet friendly with pre-approval! Please contact me today to arrange your next exciting RV trip!!Newbie or experienced RVers are both welcome!!Pick up time is 2pm Pick up location is close to Anderson LRT station.
Drop off time is 11am **No early pick up or late return without pre arrangement. **Late Return Charge:** $50 per hour late return charge unless pre-arranged with the owner. One day rent if late return longer than 1 hour.
** We have 5 night min nights rental requirement.
** No out of country trip, sorry.Please note - Road Side Coverage is Requred for your added protection on your travels. This is about $18/day that is not included on the rental of the unit but is arranged with RVezy or renter's own coverage such as if you have AMA/CAA you can add it to your plan, so you have proper coverage. This coverage is required! . This is to your benefit and security to have peace of mind while on your vacation.Make sure you have included Insurance Coverage on your Booking! ASK me or Rvezy if you are not sure!Last this RV is still in decent condition, it has about 150,000km on it ( in May 2024) but it is still a 14 years old rig, there are a bit wear and tear here and there and we do allow dog too.

We came from Ontario to visit our sister and we wanted to go camping, after looking for many options and with everything already booked we finally found Susan who rented us her very clean and comfortable mobile home, she was incredible, she even helped us make the application, she was available and in communication in case we needed anything. We had a very pleasant family time. Thank you Susan for helping us to make our dream come true.

We are very flexible if we do not have other guests picking up or dropping off the same day.
Q.What is the charge for late return fee?
A.
We will charge $50 for 1st hour then a full day rent after 1st hour. Or the exact amount I lost from next guests due to the late return.
