Even if you emptied it, indicators have to show empty, because if it doesn't, I have to make sure for the next renters. This requires me to take the unit to a dumping station, and empty the tanks again and make sure the indicators show empty for the next renters like yourself. I will have to charge the dumping fee of $150. This process is very time consuming and 30mins away, hence the charge. Thank you for your understanding.

5.0Tony was excellent to commuicate with - both prior to picking up the RV and while we were on the road - very responsive. The RV was ideal for us - a family of 5 with 3 teens - 2 members of the family over 6ft - so the extns made a huge difference in terms of space for all the family to hang out together. The RV had everrything we needed including small thoughtful items like salt & pepper, hand wash, camping chairs and tables. Great trip - thanks Tony! Angelique

5.0Great communication between Tony and myself when needed. Quick to respond. Upon our arrival to pick up the RV he presented himself with a smile and an umbrella given the rainy cold weather. Very very kind of him. RV showed to be in good condition as well in its driving. This is our second time renting in Outdoorsy and once again we were not disappointed. We enjoyed ourselves in the comfort in all things RV in the campgrounds of Banff. Water heated well with the propane, heated ~ 10 mins. Handoff was quick with Tony. We recommend his RV for anyone who wants to find some outside peace in Canada.

5.0Tony is an amazing Host. As a first time renter, i was really nervous and he explained everything very thoroughly. He gave me few tips and tricks while taking turns. All in all, we loved it and our first experience turned out pretty great. I would definitely want to do this again in future.

5.0I had the great experience with this RV. It is very comfortable and it is in great condition. Best part is it is fully loaded and it has everything you would need for your camping trip. Tony is an amazing host and very easy to work with. Thank you for making my Banff trip the smoothest.
