We are trailer owners. We asked if the tank was disinfected. The owner said that no, he doesn’t disinfect it, that you never know what non-campers do with the hoses, it could be used for sewage, & campers wouldn’t want the smell of bleach in the hose, so he always tells people to bring their own drinking water. First,we were not told to bring water but also, that water was used to rinse dishes, fruit, toothbrushes, our faces, etc. It doesn’t take a lot of bleach or a long time to make water safe. The floor, and the shelf where you put your clothes was very dirty. The smoke detector went off when cooking b/c you couldn’t open the vent to outside. There were several other minor broken things throughout. The shower was great. However, a warning for any trailer with an instant-on water heater- it is known that that you need to keep the water running at a high rate to trigger the water heater, or else it turns off and is instantly cold. Then you need to let it run a long time for it to get hot again. If you do not have full hook-up you would be constantly refilling the water tank, and dumping your gray water.

Great unit, great communication and accomodating.

Donovan was very helpful with the setup and explaining the operation of the trailer. The trailer met all our needs over the weekend rental

The pick up and drop off was all worth it. They were very nice and accommodating. Would do it again 💯. Loved it!
