Please use awning with care. It is not covered under Outdoorsy insurance and will be a renter out-of-pocket expense if damaged.
No climbing on roof.
Grey and black tanks must be emptied and flushed prior to return.
Propane tank must be full on return.
No towing unless pre-approved by owner.
Awning should NOT be used in windy or rain conditions.
When cooking indoors, the internal fan must be on.
No travel outside the US.
No travel on dirt or unserviced roads or bridges.
Underpass requirement is 10ft clearance.
Pick-up is typically 3pm and must be arranged with owner. Usually flexible. Plan on 1 hour for RV walk-thru and training prior to leaving.
