Magnolia Manor is a brand-new 2020 travel trailer with all the amenities and hookups for your next great adventure. A solar panel is also included and allows you to be in the great outdoors far from any electric hookup. Bedding, towels, coffee, breakfast, and a fully stocked kitchen (dishes, utensils, pots/pans, etc) are all provided. Enjoy the comforts of home anywhere your heart desires!**This rig is quickly booking up on RVShare!! See link below. **This beauty sleeps up to 10, with full-size bunks, full-size dinette, full-size fold out couch, and a queen bed in a Private bedroom! There are two TVs in the trailer, each with Roku programmed for free. If you plan to use the trailer as a stationary rental in front of our home, complimentary WiFi is also provided, as well as your own personal guide to Camarillo.For hanging out outside the trailer, an electric awning with speakers and LED lights will keep everyone entertained. The speakers are connected to the sound bar inside the trailer and has AM/FM, Aux, USB, and Bluetooth capability for connecting to your devices.The trailer will come with a full tank of clean water to power the sinks, toilet, and shower. Propane tanks are provided as well, to power the heater and stove. The solar panels power the indoor lights, indoor sound bar, outdoor electric awning, outdoor LEDs, outdoor speakers, and refrigerator. We do not have a generator to loan you, and without one, the outlets and microwave will not power off of the solar panels, but everything else listed above will work just fine without a generator, to include the lights, stove, refrigerator, and heat.If you require delivery, we charge $50 for up to 25 miles.
