Hydro and Water hook ups, grey water tank, black water tank, easy to set up awning outside with outdoor lighting and TV antenna (no tv included). Good weather or bad weather doesn’t matter as this trailer is ready for it all.

We ask that the trailer is returned in broom swept clean condition, cleaning charges will apply if the trailer is returned in a mess (100$ from deposit) and if returned with out the black water tank emptied..Please contact me if you intend to bring a pet.
