• sheetsRecomendacionesThis trailer is one for which you really do want to stick with the recommended trailer speed, it’s vintage and needs to be hauled gently. The cabin lights and electrical sockets are functional, but do require an external power source, so selecting an o/n location with an electrical supply option or bringing along a power supply yourself is required if you wish to have electrical power to the camper.

5Jennie was very responsive to our inquires and requests regarding the use of her trailer. The trailer is vintage 1965, owning and maintaining my own vintage Cadillac, I can understand and appreciate the effort required to make this travel worthy. There were many wonderful elements of using their trailer: 1.) Really easy to tow, setup and use the trailer. We only have our MDX to pull so 1800 lbs is easy for our vehicle 2.) The price for this rental was very reasonable, especially for those considering tent camping, this is a great alternative. 3.)The conversation starter on this trailer is quite high, several people asked us about it. 4.) It was ideal for us (as we are both under 6'), I wouldn't recommend for more than 2 adults and/or maybe a single small child. 5.) Having a full stove and oven is really nice (we didn't use it, but given that many parks have restrictions on open fires due to fire hazards, this could be a lifesaver). There were a few expected hiccups with a trailer nearly 60 years old, but nothing that impacted the wonderful time we had with this trailer, just realize that it will have little quirks and happenings that you'll deal with but will also enjoy. We will likely be renting again in the future.
