The hosts are very efficient and scheduled. They went over the whole RV with us and pointed out most of the known deferred maintenance before sending us off and quickly reviewed the RV when I returned. The RV met all of our needs but the deferred maintenance made it a bit less comfortable than we hoped for. -Had to leave the main lights off as one flickers like a strobe light, same in bathroom. -Microwave not working so they have another in a cabinet in the bedroom that needs to be taken out to use. -Entry door was out of adjustment. The small kids were unable to close the door from the inside as it required two hands while holding the latch lever and additional force to close. -Stabilizer/Leveling system not working seemed to allow more sway with normal movement in the unit than with other RVs. Pickup at 10am and Drop off time at noon have little flexibility compared to other rental listings.

The RV was excellent - and now that we know the "system" (like the idea that pickup and drop off times are not flexible as we expeted) we would definitely do this again.

RV is in great shape and served us well. Awesome experience overall!
