Steve the camp trailer is ready for adventure, 28 ft long, 7500#, featuring a queen-sized bed with upgraded mattress, equipped kitchen with pots, pans, cutlery, plates, glasses, out-door stove, fridge, 22” griddle, full-sized bunks with 4” foam, a small bathroom with shower and convertible dinette. We supply towing equipment, 4 outdoor chairs, 2 tables, just bring your own food, clothes, fishing equipment , whatever else you want, and enjoy the outdoors. If the weather gets bad the tv and audio equipment are available along with a deck of cards. This is a great trailer. The owners have done a great job setting it up for an enjoyable camping trip. We had plenty of room for our family of 5 (all adults) during our week long trip to Red River, NM. The trailer pulled great with our 22 year old Chevy 2500hd. We highly recommend this trailer and these owners.

We had a wonderful trip Kip and his wife were very accommodating! We could not of asked for a better experience! The camper was very stocked met all of our needs perfectly! We would absolutely rent from this family again!

Q.Do you supply Toilet Paper?

We supply RV approved Toilet Paper, please only use our provided Toilet Paper, an extra cleaning fee will be charged if unauthorized TP is found in the Trailer
Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
We try to be flexible about picking up and dropping off, but we have jobs, kids, and activities that may limit when we can, but we always try to accommodate your schedule.
Q.How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the RV park/campground?
A.
Hook ups vary, our trailer has 30 amp/ 120 watt connection. We provide adapters to allow most hook ups safely. Water and sewage also vary, we provide hoses, pressure regulator, filter for water and sewage hoses for dumping and hooking to the sewer.
