Communication was great and owner was very nice and responsive and helpful. Unfortunately the process to obtain the insurance was a complete nightmare (due to the renting platform they use, not the owner's fault) and took a lot of time on my end to get sorted out and was beyond frustrating. Most importantly though the RV looked like it had never been cleaned and we had to spend about four hours doing a full total deep clean after picking it up before we could pack it and leave on our trip. There were crumbs, dirt, dust, hair, sticky stuff, etc. in every single drawer, in the cushions, in the kitchen, the bathroom, etc. Urine and hair all over the toilet. Literally every single compartment and drawer needed to be cleaned, it was disgusting. This was our first time renting an RV and while we did have a good time and the owner was very nice and communicative we would rent elsewhere next time due to the lack of cleanliness.

The entire experience was enjoyable. My wife and two young kids rented the mobile home and took it up north and stayed in 3 different RV parks. This was our first experience and Ron made in enjoyable by answering any questions we had about the RV pre-trip and during the trip. The RV was in great condition and we had no issues with it. Highly recommended.
