🐾 Pets Welcome (With Fee + Approval) We allow well-behaved dogs with prior approval. A flat $200 pet fee applies per trip to cover deep cleaning and sanitization. Please do not leave pets unattended inside the RV, and avoid allowing them on the beds or furniture unless covered. Message us with your pet’s details before booking. 🚫 No Smoking Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside the RV. Violation will result in loss of deposit and a professional cleaning fee. 🚗 No Off-Roading This RV is not permitted on unpaved, muddy, or off-road trails. Campgrounds and paved surfaces only, please. ⛽ Fuel & Propane Return the RV with a full diesel tank. If propane is used, it must be refilled unless you’ve purchased the refill add-on. 🚽 Tanks Must Be Emptied Please return with black and gray tanks emptied unless you purchase the tank dump add-on. 🧼 Clean Return Required Return the RV in reasonably clean condition (trash out, surfaces wiped, floors swept). Excessive mess may result in additional cleaning fees. 🕐 Pickup & Return Times Pickup/drop-off times are flexible, but must be arranged in advance. Late returns may be subject to a $50/hour fee. 📏 Mileage & Generator 150 miles/day included; $0.35/mile after 4 generator hours/day included; $5/hour after 🚫 No Roof Access For safety and insurance reasons, climbing on the roof is strictly prohibited. 🧾 Driver Requirements The person booking must be present at pickup with a valid driver’s license.
