Please Read entire description..Ready to camp? Come enjoy this brand new 2021 Keystone Cougar 5th wheel. Sleeps 7 comfortably. Small Pet Friendly! Middle island kitchen sink, 2 recliners with heated and massage seats. 1 large sleeper sofa and a fold down dinette that also makes a bed. 2 inside speakers that run off of Bluetooth. Requires atleast a 30amp hookup. Preferably a 50 amp so that all utilities work properly. Make sure when booking site it’s large enough for the unit. Minimum of 40ft with 4 slides. Keep in mind it’s very large and make sure there is plenty of room for me to move it around to get it to your site.Middle room is complete with another fold down sleeper sofa and separate closet and storage. Above the middle room is a top bunk perfect for kids.Master bedroom is complete with a huge closet, dresser and a smaller extra storage closet. And a king size bed.Outside of camper has dual awnings for plenty of shade, outdoor grill, outdoor shower and a LED light strip. 2 outside speakers that run off of Bluetooth from the inside of camper.What’s included. Paper plates, forks spoons and plastic knives are included. A few camping chairs are provided and basic cleaning supplies. As far as cookware, there is pots and pans provided. Linens are not provided.Delivery Fee includes set up/tear downThis is my personal camper and is well maintained. Please treat it like you was the one making the payments... Our experience was flawless from start to finish. We visited our son and drove from California to North Carolina and when we arrived the trailer was set up, clean and AC was blowing ice cold ready for us to enjoy a long overdue vacation with our family. Brian was beyond exceptional during our rental experience! I had another camper booked for a couple of months. Three days before the e left in our trip I got a phone call that that particular camper was tore up and we would not be able to use it. Thank goodness we came across Brian’s camper! He was able to make our trip happen in such a short notice! Everything was such a smooth process! We would definitely rent from him again!
