Easy Tow Adventure Camper

Tow Vehicle Requirements: Renters must have a vehicle rated to tow at least 5,500 lbs, with a brake controller. We require proof of tow vehicle details prior to booking approval. No Smoking: Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside the camper. A $250 cleaning fee will apply if evidence of smoke is found. No Off-Roading: This trailer is not permitted off-road/dirt trail locations. Pets: Pets allowed only with prior approval. Additional cleaning fee may apply. Clean Return Required: Please return the camper in clean condition—wiped down, trash removed, and floors swept. A $75 cleaning fee applies to every rental, but additional charges may be deducted from the deposit for excessive mess or damage. Tanks Must Be Emptied: Black and gray tanks must be emptied before return. A $75 dump fee will be charged if tanks are returned full. No Roof Access: For safety reasons, no climbing or walking on the roof at any time. Slide-Out Instructions: Slide-out may only be used when the camper is fully level and stabilized. Follow provided instructions carefully to avoid damage.
