RV unit must be towed by a proper vehicle, that is properly equipped (half-ton pickup, or better) equipped with an electric brake controller. Trailer brake controller is a MUST! No exceptions! The load leveling hitch is required to safely tow this unit, and includes sway control. (quick training will be provided) Fresh potable water ONLY to be used in the fresh water system. Black water and grey water tanks to be emptied prior to return, otherwise a $20 dumping fee will be charged upon return. The unit must be returned clean, (within reason). If the unit is excessively dirty, inside and or outside a $100 cleaning fee will be charged upon return. NO climbing onto the unit roof, NO smoking in the unit, NO pets (please inquire) Have Fun!!!! :-)
