There’s a 3 night minimum stay

- Weekly (7+ nights): 5% off nightly rate
- Monthly (28+ nights): 5% off nightly rate
Fees
- Security deposit: 637,50 € (refundable)
- Prep fee: 85,00 €. This fee will cover preparing and sanitizing the unit prior to each rental plus black sewage, grey water dumping upon return. Refilling fresh water tank and propane tank.
