I’d update that section so it doesn’t imply there was actual carbon monoxide exposure: Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the condition of the RV. It was not properly cleaned on either the outside or inside before I received it. The restroom was especially dirty. There was hair throughout the shower area, urine staining on and underneath the toilet seat and around the toilet, and what appeared to possibly be feces in the restroom area. There was also an issue with the carbon monoxide alarm. It repeatedly displayed a red-red, then green-green light pattern and sounded approximately every 30 seconds. Based on the alarm’s indication, this appeared to be an end-of-life or failing-device warning rather than an actual carbon monoxide exposure alarm. We were not running the generator at the time. I contacted the host, and at the host’s request I disconnected the alarm because it would not stop sounding, even after holding down the button. Regardless of the cause, having to disconnect a safety device during the rental was concerning and should have been addressed before the RV was rented out. Several of the interior cabinet and closet doors also kept opening while driving, and I eventually had to use a slinky to keep some of them closed. The RV also repeatedly displayed an oil-change warning throughout the trip. The host was responsive, kind, and communicated with me when I reached out, which I appreciated. The bed sheets and towels also appeared clean. However, considering how dirty the RV was when I received it, especially the restroom, I was surprised that no discount or other compensation was offered. Overall, the RV needed a much more thorough cleaning, maintenance check, and inspection before being rented out. The cleanliness of the bathroom and having to deal with a failing carbon monoxide alarm were the biggest concerns for me.

I wad extremely pleased with the customer service and ease to partner with the hosts. This was our annual school camping trip so having an RV with luxury accommodations was important to me. I felt Majestic met and exceeded my expectations!!
