Explore Southern Utah in style and comfort. After a long day of hiking, biking, or whatever, come back and rest, cook a gourmet meal or just roast a hot dog, at your own fully equipped luxury on wheels home away from home. The 28 foot length of this RV is perfect for fitting into most any campground and ease of towing, but also roomy enough to be comfortable. Please keep in mind, if you are going to be off-grid camping, things such as the TV, Microwave, & Air conditioner will not work. The batteries, solar, and propane power everything else. The batteries will power the cd player/bluetooth sound system, which has indoor/outdoor speakers, as well as the awning, slides, etc. If you have questions, please don't hesitate to ask.Qué incluyeClean towels, sheets for bedding, blankets, duvets, and pillows are included. All cleaning supplies (rags, paper towels, dish soap, hand soap, etc). All the cooking utensils needed for any meal prep. Can even include an instant pot, coffee maker, or toaster if wanted ( appliances such as these will only work if hooked up to power). Includes up to 6 camping chairs and an outdoor table. Outdoor rug. Solar outdoor lights. Flash light. Pet bedding and supplies, Portable pet pen if needed. For a small extra fee: 2 mountain bikes, a 2 man portable kayak, 1 stand up paddle board, a 10x10 canopy, coleman 6 person tent. Anything else you might need, just ask. RecomendacionesThere are lots of hiking and biking trails in and around Cedar city, many within a 20 minute drive. A brand new campground at the base of Cedar mountain, on BLM land, has real nice mtn biking/hiking trails (Shurtz Canyon/Pyramid peak campground) only $5/night! Three peaks recreation area, has Rocky peak campground, hiking/mtn biking, ohv trails, disc golf course, and lots more to do. Nearby is Iron springs Rv resort, offering full hookups. My favorite trail nearby is a must see, Kanarraville Falls, slot Canyon trail with 2 waterfalls. Kolob Canyon (Zion National Park) is a 20 minute drive from Cedar city. Lots of great camping in Dixie National forest near Panguitch Lake too. Otros detalles importantesI have a Ram 2500 truck with an Anderson fifth wheel hitch. I really prefer to tow and deliver the RV to the location of your choice. I will allow you to tow with your vehicle if it's setup to tow a fifth wheel. Please do not smoke in or near the RV. Please do not leave pets unattended in the Rv, use the pet towels/sheets included to cover any furniture that pets may get on. Only use the provided RV grade toilet paper, do not flush anything else in toilet!! Our hours can be flexible with pickup and drop-off, as long as plenty of time before next renter. Please do not use the RV awning in even slightly windy conditions, it is very delicate.
