I alerted this guest that night temperatures during his upcoming trip would drop to 18 F. I advised him that water can freeze in the lines at such low temperatures and it’s best to not use water in such weather. To that he responded by canceling the reservation. a day earlier. This review is clearly retaliatory since he didn’t even rent the RV.
