Please be aware of the following policies/potential fees: No Smoking: A minimum fee of $1,000 will be charged if there is any evidence of smoking. Fee may be increased due to actual damage costs. No off-grid destinations allowed. A minimum fee of $1,000 will be charged if the RV is taken to any off-grid or unapproved destinations. Fee will be increased due to actual damage costs. Pets: All pets must be pre-approved in writing prior to your trip. Unapproved pets will be subject to a minimum $1,000 fee. Pets are not allowed on the furniture. Fees will be incurred for any damage. Included Items: We provide many essential items for your trip. If any items are missing or damaged upon return, a $50 fee plus actual replacement costs will apply. Cleaning: Damages (dents, holes, tears, scratches, etc.) or excessive cleaning needs will be assessed at actual costs. Start and End Times: Start and End times are flexible but must be scheduled in advance. Changes to start and end times will not be eligible for refunds but may be accommodated with prior notification and approval based on availability. Adjusted end times will incur a fee of $50 per hour. Roof Safety: Climbing on the roof is prohibited. Any resulting damage will incur actual repair costs. Responsibility for Tickets and Tolls: The renter is responsible for any tickets, tolls, tows, or impound fees, with no time limit on this requirement. Repairs: Do not attempt any repairs without written consent. Unauthorized repairs will incur actual costs. Awning: Avoid using the awning during windy weather conditions. Damage from misuse will result in repair fees. Operating: Please review all operating instructions provided. Negligence leading to damage will result in actual repair fees. While there are potential fees that could apply, these are intended to cover severe occurrences only. We do not aim to overcharge but to ensure that the RV remains in good condition for future rentals.
