2014 Jayco 31 SS - 31' class "C", RV, Motor Home. Very usable, well maintained, clean Great family Motorhome on Ford E450 chassis with Triton V10 engine. Easy to drive with lots of family friendly space; it has a slide out for the living & dining area. Central air and heat. water tanks heated. Sleeps 6-8 with queen bed in back, queen bunk above cab and convertible sofa and dinette. 7000 lb trailer hitch with electric brake controller. Built in AM/FM radio with DVD/ CD player , navigation and Sirius. Electric awning, 4KW generator, outside shower and entertainment system. Very clean and in good condition. This is the perfect RV to take your family on vacation in comfort! The kids have a DVD player. No need to worry about bathroom breaks; That is probably the best part about traveling in a motorhome! This spacious motorcoach has 8 seatbelts. It has tons of storage inside and out with a full pass through storage in the back. There is even a class 3 hitch to use for a bike rack, small trailer, or other accessory. -Full frig with freezer (operates on both electric and propane) -Microwave, propane range and oven -Propane hot water heater -Full bathroom with shower -Some toiletries are provided -Bedding provided for the Queen in Master bedroom, Nothing else; you will want to bring yours for above cab, jackknife sofa and dinette. -Central Air Conditioning and central propane heat It leaves Clean, Full of Fuels, with the holding tanks empty. You are responsible for it's return in the same & undamaged condition. Pets are welcome. This unit is ready to go anywhere. Traveling in a Motorhome is the best way for 2 or more people to go: Regretfully, most people do not use them enough to justify the cost of the interest and depreciation on the purchase price, let alone the insurance, maintenance, repair, storage and other costs. We rent RV's at an Affordable cost thus allowing our friends to have the Motorhome experience at a little over those costs; but only for the period that they use it. We are in Chardon OH.
