5.0Overall a great experience! The hosts were very helpful and answered questions promptly. I was very impressed with the inventory list they provided. The walk-thru was excellent with a good explanation of all system operations. I have only good things to say about the host and about the "Moose" Ethos 20T. The RV "Moose" was in great shape and stocked with many useful items. We did remove a few items to make more room for our own belongings. If you are looking to experience "van life" in a stock RV then this Ethos 20T is an excellent option. The RV is easy to drive, gets good fuel milage, provides a kitchen galley and a rear bath. Our objective in renting this RV was to evaluate life in a Class B RV as we shop for an RV. Our observations: Ease of Driving: Easy to drive, vehicle safety features are useful. Ease of Entering/Exiting RV: It's doable for people , our small dog needed help to get in. Livability: It's tight for 2 people and a dog. You learn to coordinate moving about. Storage: It's limited, the underbed area does store camp chairs without any problems. Sleeping: The stock cushions are firm, we added an egg-create topper. AC: We were in 90 degree temps, the AC struggled to keep up. Use window covers to block the sun.

5.0The renters were great, truly invested in making sure we had a great experience. There rv was excellent, a high quality vehicle, a Bonus was good gas mileage for a rv. Relatively simple to operate. Overall a great experience.
