Our Winnebago is roomy, comfortable, in spotless condition and ready for your next adventure! We like to provide our renters with a “ready to go” experience.We make a fresh and clean environment a priority in this well maintained and meticulously cleaned RV. We also do an ozone treatment between every rental.We have a full size permanent corner bed in the back and a drop down StudioLoft bed in the front. There is also a convertible dinette sofa flex bench. (Best for kids, as this is not a full size sleeping area. Bathroom with full separate shower, built-in shower door and full sink. Kitchen galley with 2 burner propane stovetop, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, glass covers on stove and chopping board on sink and flip up counter extension. Swivel driver and passenger cab seats. On demand tankless water heater. Onan generator 2800w. 22” HD TV with cable hookup (if available at campground). Huge amount of cabinets and storage.If you are a smoker, this is 𝘯𝘰𝘵 the rental for you. Absolutely no smoking or vaping allowed inside, or near the trailer. We want to keep it in pristine condition for many years to come, so our family and others may continue to enjoy using it.We will provide a walk through of the trailer, answer all questions, show you how things operate and provide detailed written instructions for dumping tanks and operating appliances.Dogs will be 𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘴𝘪𝘥𝘦𝘳𝘦𝘥 on a case by case basis. Only pre-approved pets may occupy the trailer. Dogs 𝗺𝘂𝘀𝘁 be approved by owner 𝗯𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲 booking a reservation, or you will assume responsibility for any cancelation fees associated with a pet who is not approved. Up to 2 dogs allowed. We charge a one time pet fee of $100. No unpotty trained dogs - and no dogs allowed to be left unattended in RV at any time.Qué incluyeWe want your adventure to be stress and worry free. Just a few items we include are dinnerware, flatware, cups and mugs, cookware and a Keurig coffee maker are all INCLUDED. We also include linens by request. We include a card table, small camping table and 2 camping chairs. We also include a grill and a starter package of propane and starter logs. We pretty much include everything that you would need for your adventure. If there is something you think you’ll need, just ask. We may be able to include it. All we ask is that you treat our home like your home. Adventure Awaits is our baby and we still go on our own adventures. We are hoping to share some adventures with others as well.
