2016 Dutchmen Rubicon
2016 Rubicon toyhauler with lots of comforts of home. It includes enough space for six adults to sleep comfortably. Fold down back door which allows you to pack up your toys (side-by-side, quads, dirtbikes) and/or lay it down as a patio with gate to keep your kids/fur-babies fenced in and safe on the patio.Beds:
1 - front bedroom with RV queen bed (walk around), tv and lots of storage
1 - RV queen bed accessible by ladder (provided) electric raise/lower
1 - RV double couch fold out which makes into another RV queen bed directly under the other queen bed.
1 - fold out couch for a toddler or small child which is why we did not include this couch as an actual bed in our listing. If you have a small child, this is a great bonus bed space.When the electric beds are not in use, you can put the top bed up and use the bottom bed as 2 comfortable couches. There is also a chair, loveseat, side table, tv/stereo and DVD player making up the living space.Outside speakers, awning and party deck/patio making outdoor living a dream as well.Bathroom: toilet, sink, mirror and shower/shallow tub.
**Renter Responsible FOR Dumping Tanks Prior TO Returning TO Host**Pets: We welcome your pets; However, the couches are leather so please either keep them off (so they don't poke holes in the furniture) or bring a blanket/bed for them to lay on. Winchester Bay has giant dunes.Even if you don't plan on taking toys (quads, dirt bikes) a toyhauler is amazing to take on your adventure just for the "floor space" - lay down a carpet and enjoy!Otros detalles importantes* No smoking/vaping/marijuana use inside at all.
* Dogs welcome - make sure to pack poop pick up bags for the campsites you visit (there are some provided in the RV as well). Other "pets" require pre-approval.

We are an outdoorsy family of 4! Us and our teen boys have been have been traveling, camping and going to the dunes for the past 20+ years. We take our pups along with us whenever we can as well. There isn't any vacation that quite compares to camping and enjoying the excitement that being on the open road can offer. So many of our fondest (and funniest) memories come from those spent in our toyhaulers over the years. We welcome you to do the same!
