The perfect size RV for any trip! This new 2024 Prowler Lynx 255BHX features a private queen bed up front with storage on both sides on the bed, as well as under the bed. Walking through the RV you'll find a spacious wrap around kitchen that features a 11 cubic ft electric refrigerator/freezer, as well as a microwave, kitchen sink & 2 burner cook top oven. Several drawers & cabinets are found for storage space in the kitchen also. Moving forward you'll find on one side a jack knife futon style sofa, this makes into a bed for 1-2 guests, across from that is your kitchen table which as well makes into a bed for 1-2 guests. In the back you'll find on one side the bathroom which features a sink, mirror, toilet & shower. On the other side are 2 oversized bunk beds which each can sleep 1-2 guests. The weight capacity is 200 lbs on the top bunk & 275 lbs on the bottom bunk.NO Smoking

+ No smoking, vaping or drug use inside the RV
+ No climbing or sitting on the roof of the RV
+ Use awning at extreme caution, especially with wind over 10mph or rain
+ Never leave the awning unattended out at night or out during a storm
+ You are liable & responsible to pay for any damages or theft
+ Always lock the RV when you are away for any period of time
+ Refrigerator may take up to 24 hours to get cold, plan ahead
+ RV A/C can only cool 15-18 degrees cooler than outside temperature
+ No sheets, blankets, pillows, cooking utensils, coffee maker or supplies provided
+ Only use RV toilet paper. No flushable wipes, diapers, condoms, tampons..etc to be flushed down the toilet
+ Never plug the RV into 220 (garage) , only 110 or you will fry the electrical system
+ Never move the RV unless authorized to do so, if we delivered the RV it must stay in same spot
+ Take care of the RV as it was your own, be respectful, clean up after yourself
+ Don't lose the keys or any components of the RV or any RV supplies
+ We are not responsible for lost items
+ Leave the RV in a clean state, wipe down surfaces, shower, toilet & throw away trash

If you are towing the RV, we require that you rent a weight distribution/sway control hitch. This will help level the RV out & distribute the weight appropriately, as well as greatly reduce the amount of sway the RV has while towing. This is a safety must have!

By law to tow an RV, you need a trailer brake controller. If your vehicle does not already have one, we offer a wireless bluetooth brake control that works off an app on your smart phone. You just need to ensure your tow vehicle has a 7 way flat wiring to tow an RV & this will plug into that 7 way.
