She has two TVs, surround sound, Bluetooth radio indoor/outdoor, washer and dryer combo, two sofa pull outs that sleep two adults on each of them, 21ft awning with led lighting, and an upgraded King mattress that sleeps better than your mattress at home. All I ask is that you return it in the same condition as you found it. We are very pet friendly, but pets must be potty trained, and well behaved.If there is a smoke odor or odor from your animal you will forfeit your entire deposit so that I can get it professionally cleaned and smell removed.If the trailer is returned to us dirty beyond normal usage there will be a $150 cleaning fee deducted from your security deposit.
