House Rules for the 2025 Grey Wolf • Absolutely No Smoking/Vaping: A strict $1,000 penalty will be applied if any smoke smell or evidence of smoking is detected. • No Pets: To keep the rig pristine and allergy-free for all guests, no pets are allowed. A strict $500 penalty will be applied if evidence of pets is found. • GPS Tracking & Unauthorized Movement: For safety and insurance purposes, this RV is equipped with active GPS tracking. • Festival & Relocation Policy: This RV is strictly prohibited from attending music festivals (e.g., Boots and Hearts, Escapade, etc.). If you have opted for delivery, the RV must remain exactly where it is parked and set up. Any unauthorized moving of the RV, or taking it to an unapproved location/festival, will result in an immediate cancellation of the rental agreement, forfeiture of your security deposit, and the immediate recovery of the RV at the renter's expense. • Awning Care: The power awning must be retracted during heavy winds, rain, or whenever you leave the campsite. • Septic System & Dumping: Please use ONLY the provided RV-safe toilet paper. Do not flush wipes or feminine products. For self-tow rentals: The black and grey water tanks must be emptied prior to return. If the RV is returned with full or partially full tanks, a $100 Dumping Penalty will be deducted from your security deposit.
