William was knowledgeable about his trailer and his timeliness was impeccable. His trailer is mint and easy to handle for a 1st timer like me. William made our 2023 Summer Trip excellent.

All the details were taken care of and thought through. We very much appreciated this as first-timers. We had a great time, thank you! Only thing that could have made it better was if it were pet friendly.

The owner of this Brand new Travel trailer really made my family annual camping trip memorable. He explained how to use his new trailer with ease. He communicated every step of the way how to use each device on his trailer whenever I called him during my entire trip. everything worked of course ( brand new trailer) He even let me use SEVERAL of his own personal things that made my vacation trip that much more easier, (such as a expensive backup camera for trailers)
