5.0Mercedes and her husband were so friendly and helpful! This was our first experience with Outdoorsy and using an RV of any kind, and Mercedes was very responsive while making the initial plans with the van. She answered all of my many questions and made sure I knew everything I needed to know. I felt very prepared for something so new! The van itself was great! It was very well stocked with all the tools and materials we would ever need, and both of the beds were comfortable with the extra padding she provided. The van is a lot easier to drive than I would have expected, and hooking up at camp sites was also very easy. Our family had the best vacation with this van! The one thing to note is that most of the storage space in the van is used up so there isn't a lot of extra space to store food, bedding, toiletries, games/activities, etc. We had 2 adults and 1 kid, and there was just enough space for our clothing. We brought a storage bin for our food and had to do a lot of shifting throughout the trip with bedding and other random things we brought for our son. This is not a complaint, but just something to note for people who want to use the van. I would highly recommend renting this van from Mercedes to anyone who wants to have a fun and easy road trip and camping experience!

5.0The van was exceptional and a dream. Everything was in working order and it came with a ton of camping supplies. Mercedes was always helpful and available for my questions. I can't recommend them enough. It was a dream experience.

5.0We had an amazing three-day camping trip in Ruby! It was very comfortable for our family of four (two adults and two tweens). The entire RV was super clean, thoughtfully well-equipped, and organized with kitchen supplies, tools, and outdoor gear like an outdoor mat, chairs, and a sunshade. It is very easy to maneuver and operate for a vehicle of its size. Our kids especially loved the pop-up sleeping area. Mercedes is an accommodating host--her communication was helpful and prompt, and our walk-through was thorough and made us feel at ease. We are looking forward to renting Ruby again!

We work with our renters on pick-up and drop-off times as nothing is set in stone. We do not generally drop-off to the renter, but if their location is within Chicago, we are flexible.
