Our family RV is perfect for any and every family getaway including your pet! If you have never rented an RV before this is the one for you. We will show you all you need to know to enjoy your trip. It can access every National, State, and Regional Park due to its 24ft length! It's easier to drive and park then full-size motorhomes but still has the same amenities including automatic transmission and back-up camera. This is our personal motorhome that we are letting people use as a rental. We have had many wonderful adventures in it and would love to share it with others when we aren't using it.Has a sleeping capacity for up to 6 people with a rear queen mattress, upper queen cab mattress, and a center 6-person dinette that converts into a full bed. Ready to go camping including dishes, cookware, silverware, cups, coffee pot, French press, paper towels, soap, trash bags, and sanitizing wipes with other cleaning essentials. We also include a table, chairs, and a large outdoor rug. We also supply the special RV toilet paper. The motorhome is outfitted as if I were going to take my family on a trip, minus the food.Some main features:
- Touch screen stereo (Bluetooth smart phone compatible) with Back-up Camera!
- TV/DVD combo in front, TV in rear bed
- Central air conditioning and heating
- Complete bathroom with shower (with a glass door), toilet, and sink
- Complete kitchen with stove, freezer, refrigerator, and microwave
- Built-in generator for 120v AC power
- Pass-through exterior storage compartment for large/long items
- Large awning outsidePlease return as you received it or there will be additional fees. Please clean, fill up gas tank, dump waste and grey tanks, and no smoking or vaping.You are welcome to get the RV free after 6pm the evening beforehand for the purpose of getting a head start with packing for your trip. Free return grace period by 2pm after the last rental day. Qué incluyeWe include linens for the back queen bed. Please bring pillows and sleeping bags/blankets for the other beds.Camping chairs, table, and outside rug are also included.Everything you need in the kitchen is supplied. Just bring the food.
