37 foot beast of an rv, great for travel and living in. Comes equipped with 3 beds, one from the couch, another from the table sitting area, and lastly the large master bedroom. Has a working range, fridge, and microwave. 6 gallon hot water heater and a 100 gallon water reserve. Have new tires, new batteries, new carburetors on both generator and engine. New radiator hoses and thermostat, new water heater gas valve. New starter etc. I'm interested in renting long term for someone to live in if interested at a negotiated rate.
