This is a Coachman Leprechaun 28QB. This 28-foot RV is very easy to drive and comes comes fully equipped with a queen sized bed in the master bedroom and a full sized bed in the overhead bunk cabin. The dinette and sofa beds are perfect for small children. The kitchen is quipped with a microwave, 3 burner stove, oven, refrigerator and freezer. The awning spans a generous 20-feet and will keep you well shaded. Two TVs are located inside as well as a DVD player. Also included is an outside shower, hitch, backup camera, water heater, water pump, heater and A/C, and onboard generator.
This is a very well built RV and we truly enjoy our travels. This is our baby, so please respect our RV. Please return her as clean as possible and handle gently so we can continue to enjoy our time with her and so others can, too. Please do not track mud or sand, especially on the fabrics. The propane tank will be topped off prior to pick up. Due to Covid, we do not provide linens or towels, so be sure to bring some along .

1-Do not cook greasy foods inside. Grease is hard to clean off the walls.
2-No pets. Sorry, but some pets can't handle the drive and it can get messy.
3-No towing heavy vehicles. The hitch is basically for either a travel basket or hitch mounted bike rack.
4-No smoking. If you smoke inside there will be a charge $500.00
5-If winds are picking up you will need to retract the awning. If the awning is damaged there will be a $2,800.00 fee for replacement plus any additional damages to the fiberglass body.
6-Remove all food and trash. If the RV is returned with trash, food, or heavy odors there will be charge required against your deposit.
Prep Fee: $120.00
Waste Tank Service: $150.00. Will charge if not returned empty.
Security Deposit: $500.00
Cleaning Fee: If the vehicle comes back requiring interior or exterior cleaning, there will be a $100.00 cleaning fee assessed against your deposit. The RV must come back to just as clean as it is when we hand over the keys. This is in addition to Waste Tank Fees, if applicable.
