We had a problem with our first renter and we felt that there review was not fair to us
This rent was an emergency for our guest, because the previous host had canceled on them so we took the booking. My husband had to take a day off work to have it washed and prepped so they could pick up early morning. They asked us if it would be ok to pick up early and drop off late and we told them it would not be a problem and we waved the fee’s(we felt bad that they had a host cancel on them the last minute).
**We went over everything with them, we had no idea the stereo shop did not connect the main battery cables that caused the problem they experienced 3 days into there trip. When they returned we asked them if everything was ok and the renters father told us what happened, and the renters said it was ok and left. A couple of days later the renter emailed us about what happened I apologized and asked if there was anything we could do for her, she said everything was good.
I only wish they would have been honest about having waist and regular paper in the toilet (we gave them 6 rolls of RV toilet paper) that clogged and we had to call someone out to fix the problem and they hide the screen from the window that was broken off. This was partly our fault for trusting them that everything in the RV was good and it was very late night when they returned it , we had seven days to charge them but we chose not to being that they had some bad days in the RV.
**We want to let future renters know we are honest and kind people and if it’s our fault we will take care of our renters. If you need to talk with one of us feel free to message us before you rent also if you decide to rent our phones are always on if you have questions or concerns we want your trip to be enjoyable Thank you for your time and have a blessed dayQué incluye•FREE WIFI, pans, pot, bowels, utensils and cooking utensils, and toaster. 1 case of water, toilet paper, dish soap and cleaning products. Towels and wash clothes. Kitchen towels and sponge. Bed sheets and blankets. I will make sure RV is cleaned and ready for travel once booked. Renter must return with same fuel and propane or will be charged.Otros detalles importantesPlease no smoking, pet friendly(couch cover for pets). We would prefer only traveling to the Lower Western States; California, Nevada, Arizona, Colorado,Utah, and New Mexico. NO extra charge for additional towels, if you need RV delivered please contact me before booking. Thank you

2.0Anthony and his wife were very communicative and friendly, I had high hopes for my trip when we picked up the RV. Unfortunately, I later learned that they had just purchased the vehicle and had not even taken it out themselves overnight yet. We were dry camping and had no hookups, so choosing an RV with a generator was extremely important. On day 3, the generator died so we couldn't use the coffee maker, toaster, or microwave. On day 4, the house batteries went dead which meant no house lights and no power to the refrigerator- a lot of our food was spoiled and we no longer had a water pump to flush the toilet. On day 5, the battery for the engine also went dead. We had to call AAA to jumpstart it and had barely enough power to retract the pop-outs and the awning so we could drive it home. After following up with the host, Anthony had discovered a loose battery cable to be the culprit. Even after admitting this and having our trip severely compromised due to these problems, Anthony refused to offer any kind of refund. Very disappointing. Renter beware.
