Excellent communication, full service delivery
Shawn provided excellent communication, proactively sent video tutorials, and handled delivery, setup, and pickup. He was helpful, resolving issues swiftly, ensuring a smooth experience.
Clean, spacious, well-appointed trailer
The camper was exactly as described, exceptionally clean, and spacious with bunk beds, a private bedroom, and fantastic pantry storage. It was well-stocked and pet-friendly.

5.0Everything was excellent and exceeded expectations. Shawn had the camper set up and ready to go before we arrived, and knowing it was our first RV experience, he sent video tutorials to show where to find things and how it all worked. Our kids (7 and 5) loved the bunk beds, and we enjoyed our time in a private bedroom. The pantry storage is fantastic, but other storage was challenging... but worth noting that we missed the under-sofa storage until midway through our time. Pet friendly, clean, ample space, and great communication all made for this to be an outstanding RV rental experience. Thank you Shawn for the awesome space to base our northern Minnesota adventures!
