This is a very roomy family oriented has a very large bunk room with a t.v.,couch that can fold out to a full size bed and table that is also in so has outside shower to rinse off when you get back from the beach.With lots of ce play area for when the weather doesn’t cooperate to go has a very large outside kitchen/entertainment center for watching a 40 inch t.v. outside with a small fridge and outside stovetop not to mention small countertop and also has two leading right into the half bathroom and one into the main living when your entertaining outside people don’t have to walkthrough your living room area to use the side the living area we replaced the original uncomfortable foldout couch with a complete leather couch that has automatic buttons to recline.We also replaced the fold down kitchen set with a regular homy one for two has the larger refrigerator in uble sinks with sprayer/straight stream also has a 40 inch t.v. In the living area with a fireplace.We also have replaced the mattress that came with the unit with a 10 inch hybrid so the master bedroom has a huge window for a nice ere is also a another fireplace in the master bedroom with another bathroom,where you have access threw the bedroom or threw the main living area with a glass enclosed shower.Qué incluyeCoffee pot with filters,toaster,air fryer,all cooking utensils,pots pans, plates,cups and silverware for four people.Sponge for dishes and trash can.There are no linens provided.RecomendacionesUse only Rv toilet paper and drop ins after sewer/toilets have been dumped.All will be provided unless extra is needed.Otros detalles importantesAll we ask is absolutely no pets,no smoking and the unit is cleaned and returned in the same condition as it was left.
